Registration

If you have a friend who comes to camp for the first time and she lists you in the “referred by” section of her registration form, you will be entitled to a $50 rebate on your tuition for this summer. Wait — it gets better! Get two friends to sign up and the rebate goes up to $100. Every friend you bring puts another $50 back in your pocket — there is no limit! Promotional materials are available to help you in your recruiting, just contact our registrar at registrar@mahetu.org for more information. Rebate checks will be issued after the new camper has completed her stay at Camp Ma-He-Tu. Go get ‘em!

                                                                   Between Encampments

If your daughter is staying for more than one encampment, we highly recommend that you take her home overnight. If this proves to be impossible you are encouraged to visit on either Saturday or Sunday. If she is staying over Saturday night with us the cost is $65 and you must make a reservation when you register. Please confirm with the camp office (845-351-4508) one week prior to arrival at camp.

 Then What?

To register, complete the application and return it with a $250 deposit per encampment or you may pay in full. The balance of $645 per encampment is due prior to your child's arrival at camp.  You will receive confirmation of your registration.  Our Camp Manual can be found online which will answer many of the questions you may have about getting ready for camp. Health forms, also found online, need to be completed by you and your daughter’s physician. Completed health forms must be sent to the Registrar on or before May 31st (OR IF YOU REGISTERED AFTER MAY 31st, SEND THE FORMS IN A.S.A.P.). Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Rules of acceptance and participation are the same for everyone regardless of race, color, religion, or national origin. Ma-He-Tu welcomes all girls ages 7-15. Seven year-olds who have completed the first grade may attend. The camp reserves the right to reject any application or dismiss any camper for sufficient cause.

Refund Policy
Refunds will not be made if the camper voluntarily withdraws or is removed from camp during the session for any reason. The policy of the Board of Directors of Camp Ma-He-Tu prohibits drugs, alcohol, and cigarettes in camp. Anyone possessing these may be sent home immediately without refund.
