Around Camp
Dining Hall
Camp Ma-He-Tu’s open-air Dining Hall sits on a hill overlooking Lake Kanawauke. Our 8-person square tables checkerboard the room for meals and transform for all camp activities like socials, games, and special events. Our industrial kitchen and professional staff serve our meals, snacks, and drinks.

Waterfront
A huge highlight of camp is our private waterfront, outfitted with a beach, bathing dock, diving board, two boat docks, boathouse, changing rooms, and plenty of comfortable Adirondack chairs and umbrellas. The peaceful setting is perfect for not only aquatic activities like swimming and boating, but also ideal for yoga, discussion groups, stargazing, and beach parties!
Rec Hall
Our large enclosed Rec Hall is the perfect place for a variety of activities, complete with a stage, ping-pong tables, and a fireplace. Feel free to practice drama, or rehearse for the upcoming play. Outside the activities include volleyball, basketball, bombardment and other outdoor games.

Outdoor Activity Area
We also have a low ropes course, zip line, gaga pit, 9-square, pickleball courts, archery field, and a large playfield (called the meadow) for kickball, soccer, etc. We have an additional cabin for arts & crafts and a dance and yoga studio.
Bunks
All of our campers live in rustic cabins or platform tents! Each living area of camp has a slightly different type of living arrangement – just to keep things interesting! Cabins offer electricity, but tents offer a breeze like no other!
